Happy New Year - 2014 »

Term has started with a bang! Year 3 went to see Matilda in the West End, Year 4 began swimming lessons, Year 3 & 4 took part in Chinese dragon workshops in preparation for Chinese New Year, Year 1 created Rapunzel's castle in their classroom, Year 2 started their super topic on artists from around the world, Reception and Nursery arrived back to Space Stations; not classrooms, Year 5 started composing music in the style of the Tudors and Year 6 created Maths games to share across the school... and we have only been back three days!

At St Clement Danes Primary School we feel it is important to set these statistics within a context in order to provide parents with a broad and balanced view of the school.

This Tuesday pupils at St Clement Danes School got the chance to meet Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg who arrived shortly before lunch and chatted to pupils Ena and Adam, who had many questions for him.

On Friday 13th December at 2.15pm our youngest pupils will entrall theuir parents with their version of the Christmas story. The performance, set under a beautiful back drop, will make it it very hard for parents not to shed a tear. Bring along your tissues!
