Here’s an activity that you can try with your child. It’s called The Awareness Exercise and it only takes about 4 minutes to do (at the beginning and end of the day is great).

It’s really helpful for any of us who find that our mind is racing, anxious or unfocused. It helps to calm and still our thoughts and encourages quiet listening.
