St Clement Danes celebrated World Book Day with a feast of literary activities! 

Classroom doors were transformed into book covers so the children literally stepped inside a world of reading!

The whole school have had a wonderful fortnight of fun diving into Tom McLaughlin's brilliant picture book, 'The Story Machine'.

Our KS1 classes visited the newly reopened Charing Cross Library and a jamboree of book characters filled the school today as we celebrated World Book Day in style - what brilliantly creative costumes! Thank you, all!

It was great to see so many of you at the launch of the Book Fair after school yesterday. The fair will be with us until next Wednesday, 11th March, so do keep coming and remember to bring your book tokens for a discount!
