Today Year 2 took a trip back in time to the Victorian age!

In the morning, a Victorian teacher from came into our classroom and gave us a feel of what a school day would have been like in the 1800s. We did Victorian-style arithmetic with chalk for our Maths lesson and we ended the day by making our very own 'Cup and Ball' - a toy loved by Victorian boys and girls!

The children have really enjoyed learning about the Victorians and we can now proudly say that we have so many brilliant historians in Year 2!
