In assembly this morning, KS2 were visited by Anna the Storyteller. We heard stories about Anglo-Saxons and of the first saints of Britain who brought Christianity to this country.

We met Saint Bede the Venerable, one of the oldest and most famous historians and storytellers. Known as 'The Father of English History', Saint Bede, lived more than 1300 years ago in 700AD!
