Today is St Clement Danes' Safety Day! We have been delving deep into how we stay safe in lots of different ways in London. Do talk to your child to find out about what they learnt!

Our day began with a visit from London's Air Ambulance service! In assembly, we all learnt about the amazing work this charity does to help people in our city every day....

 

All classes across the school today have been taking part in special workshops throughout the day, learning about how we can KEEP SAFE in our city.

 

Reception Class learnt about what to do if they are lost.

 

Year 1 learnt about how to cross roads safely....

 

Year 2 learnt about different ways they can get help if they need it....

 

Year 3 learnt about keeping safe on public transport....

 

Year 4 learnt about fire safety....

 

Year 5 learnt about how to be safe if they are using a mobile phone....

 

Year 6 learnt about weapons awareness....

 

Some classes also worked with Miss Sanassy today to learn more about personal boundaries.
