Year 1 had an amazing Castles Day today!

In their History lessons this term, Year 1 have been learning all about Castles. The children looked fantastic in their Medieval costumes today. We started the day off with some Castle Art, we then had a special workshop wherein we went on a quest for knighthood! As well as Castle History and Castle Drama, the rest of the day included some fun Castle Maths and we ended with a great afternoon of Castle D.T, constructing our castle models. We will be painting our castles later this week. We had so much fun!
