For our annual whole-school Poetry Recital, the children of St Clement Danes once again took took the stage at a world-famous venue - the Royal Opera House's Linbury Theatre!

Every year, each class recites a poem which they've learnt off-by-heart. By the time the children leave St Clement Danes at the end of Year 6, they have built up a wonderful memory bank of poems and such brilliant confidence in performance!

After this afternoon's poetry performances, our audience was treated to a surprise singing performance by Year 5 and Year 6 who have been working with professional opera singers from the Royal Opera House!
