Today we gathered as a school to mark Remembrance Day and held two minutes of silence at 11:00am. Prayers and poems were read by children and a wreath was placed at the foot of our flagpole by representatives of each school house. Father Simon led this special service of remembrance and we were joined by our Chair of Governors, Mr Bentham.

‘They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.’
