Day 3 and we're already over halfway through the week... time flies when you're having fun!

Today we went out on our big walk up Pitch Hill and Year 6 really gave it some welly! Along the way, we learnt how to measure the age of beech and oak trees using hugs and we found some that were over 200 years old! At the top of the hill, we were rewarded with stunning views and a tasty picnic lunch.

Back at Sayers Croft, the children explored the Adventure Playground and enjoyed a friendly game of football. We ended our day huddled around a beautiful campfire, singing songs and toasting marshmallows!
